Recruitment Process

Step 1. Submit Your Resume

Go to the Talent Bank website and upload your resume. You can also get a recommendation from a MA-tek employee.


Processing Time:3-5 Business Days


Step 2. Exam and Interview Arrangements

After your resume is screened, the HR staff will call or E-mail you to schedule an interview.

Depending on the job opening, they will also help you make arrangements to take any required tests: Character Assessment/Logic Test/English Test/Professional Skills Test.


Processing Time:5-7 Business Days


Step 3. Interview Results

If it is determined that you meet the requirements of the opening, the HR staff will call to inform you and complete the necessary internal appointment procedures.

Applicants for whom there are currently no suitable openings will be notified by letter, and their resumes will be stored in the talent database.


Processing Time:7-14 Business Days


Step 4. The Formal Offer

Wait for the internal hiring procedures to be completed. The HR staff will call you when it’s done and send you the formal offer.

Step 5. Report for Your First Day

Bring your registration information, and welcome to the MA-tek family!


Reminder!Before the interview, please:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company profile, job responsibilities and required skills. This is key to a successful interview.
  • Make sure your resume is up-to-date. Include details on your academic and professional background, specialized skills and fields of expertise. Please also include a photo and short autobiography to enhance the integrity of your resume.
  • Make sure you have the correct address and reliable transportation to ensure you arrive on time. If you can’t make it or need to reschedule, please contact the HR staff beforehand to make new arrangements.
