Electrical Measurement

The purpose of electrical measurement is to verify and measure the parameters and characteristics of semiconductor electronic components, such as voltage-current, capacitance-voltage characteristic curves, resistance, capacitance, inductance measurements, or signal waveforms, in order to understand the failure behavior of the components to infer possible failure mechanisms and determine subsequent analysis actions.

MA-tek also provides hard and soft probe measurement services for chip level (mainly for electrical measurement and verification after circuit repair), equipped with probe station and probe holder setup, allowing for simultaneous measurement with six probes. The probe station is equipped with a Laser cutting system, which can be used for positioning.
