Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) is a highly sensitive elemental analysis technique primarily used for determining the trace elements in samples.trace elements and isotopic compositionICP-MS uses high-temperature plasma to atomize and ionize the sample, and then separates and detects the ions based on their mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) through a mass spectrometer, allowing for the simultaneous analysis of multiple elements with extremely low detection limits.
