February 2024 financial revenue

The semiconductor testing giant MA-tek (3587) announced its 2023 financial report, with consolidated revenue of NT$4.809 billion and net profit after tax of NT$682 million, a year-on-year increase of 9.38%; EPS is NT$10.81, a year-on-year increase of 6.82%, achieving the highest profit in history. To reward shareholders, the company adopts a high dividend policy, and the board has also approved the profit distribution plan for 2023, proposing to distribute a total cash dividend of NT$9, of which NT$8 comes from profit distribution and NT$1 from capital reserve distribution, with a dividend payout ratio exceeding 80%. In the fourth quarter of last year, due to the deferral of orders from customers at the Kumamoto laboratory in Japan, it is expected that starting from the first quarter of this year, there will be a highly growing recovery in the Japanese semiconductor market. MA-tek also announced that revenue for February was NT$373 million, and revenue for January to February grew by 5.83% compared to the same period last year, benefiting from strong global semiconductor demand, and the company's operations are also strengthening.
