Current Status of Intellectual Property Management System in 2023
MA-tek has passed the A-level verification review of the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) on December 6, 2021, and it has been nearly 2 years since then. On December 15, 2022, it continued to pass the verification and was awarded the certificate. Through the implementation of this management system, it effectively protects its research and development achievements, maintains its innovative competitive advantage, and enhances the awareness of all employees regarding the protection of customer confidential information.
In addition, MA-tek successfully passed the qualification review by the Industrial Development Bureau on May 4, 2022, and was selected as a government guidance object for the implementation of the "Intellectual Property Disclosure and Disclosure System" in 2022. After the implementation of this "Intellectual Property Disclosure and Disclosure System," a more complete documented application and evaluation process for intellectual property disclosure review operations will be established, effectively protecting all innovative research results and technological intellectual property of the company. At the same time, by regularly publishing the intellectual property report annually, more complete and sufficient intellectual property information can be provided to customers and investors. The 2023 version of the intellectual property report was released on December 28, 2023, allowing external stakeholders to clearly understand the company's latest R&D direction and intellectual property achievements.
