Congratulations! MA-tek assisted Meixinsheng and Hanxin Technology in passing AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q101 automotive certification.
MA-tek held the "AEC-Q100 Certification Report" award ceremony with Meixinsheng Technology on April 17 (Figure 1), congratulating Meixinsheng on taking an important step towards automotive-grade chip certification. At the same time, it has recently assisted Shanghai Hanxin Technology in obtaining AEC-Q101 automotive certification for two products, SiC MOSFET and SiC JBS (Figure 2), opening the door to the automotive supply chain. MA-tek has helped over 60 customers pass AEC-Q verification, accelerating their layout in automotive electronics and obtaining entry into the automotive field.

Meixinsheng Technology's AEC-Q100 certified product is a wireless charging transmitter chip that supports up to 15W, suitable for various automotive applications. This certification marks the professional recognition of the chip's quality and reliability; Huanxin Technology's fourth-generation silicon carbide diode H4S120G020 covers the range from 650V to 1200V, while the second-generation silicon carbide MOSFET H2M120F080 ranges from 650V to 1700V. Both high-power products have obtained AEC-Q101 automotive certification, ensuring safety for automotive applications.
About AEC-Q certification
AEC stands for "Automotive Electronics Council," which was established by major American automakers such as Ford and General Motors (GM). The AEC-Q automotive electronics certification standards it developed have been highly recognized by relevant companies worldwide. Among them, AEC-Q100 is formulated for active components, while AEC-Q101 is for discrete semiconductors. Products that pass certification can be considered to have a dual guarantee of excellent quality and high reliability.
